I will always remember that Gloria always smiled. I knew Gloria from State Farm as well. You could see her several times a day and she was always in a cheerful mood. She would greet you as if it were the first time that day, always happy. Her personality will be missed by all.
My prayers go out to her family.

Kenny, I am so sorry to hear of Gloria's death, I know how hard this is for you, and your family, we don't know why these things have to happen, but they sure do! Let your family and friends help you at this time, and take care of yourself! Sincerely, Darlene Almery/Neubauer

I WAS SADDENED TO READ IN THE JOURNAL ABOUT GLORIA PASSING AWAY.

EVEN THOUGH I RETIRED IN '96, I STILL REMEMBER HER SMILE AND CHEERY ATTITUDE.

SHE WILL BE TRULY MISSED. OUR THOUGHTS & PRAYERS GO OUT TO HER FAMILIES.

I met Gloria at State Farm as a fellow employee, discovered we both lived in the Colonial Hills area and carpooled. Gary and I took dancing lessons and then spent several evenings in the company of Ken and Gloria. Those were fun times.
Gloria reminds me of warm sunshine and her smile and demeanor always made one feel welcome.
Our condolences to the family.

Although we lived only 20 miles apart in our high school years, I didn't know Gloria until I started State Farm 40 years ago. I consider her a great friend and someone I could always talk to whether it be good news or bad news--she was always there to listen and help if she could. There were about 10 of us State Farm women who got together at each others house once a month (Friday night) and played cards--this lasted about 10 years and what fun we had. I will always remember the good times. I only wish I could have been more help to her in the last few months. My prayers and thoughts of her were constant. I will truly miss her smiling face and kind heart.

Almost 21 years ago I remember when I first started my career at State Farm Gloria was part of my unit, and during my first lunch time I found there was a close knit group that played pitch. I was made to feel welcome when Gloria and her friends extended an invitation to join them. This is the type of hospitality I found Gloria extended to all, she liked to help make others feel welcome and at ease. I appreciated this so much. I write this to honor you Gloria, because you spent so much of your life honoring others. You always had so many nice things to say about your husband and kids. God Bless you Gloria, and your family.

Gloria was a good and dear friend whom I worked with at State Farm for all of her 40 years. She always had a smile and a cheery attitude. We played cards at lunch every day the last couple of years I was working. And she played cards everyday for the past several years with various coworkers. She was very highly thought of among her State Farm associates/friends. We will all miss her dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with Kenny and all the family.

Condolences to Gloria's family. Although I only knew her for a short while at State Farm, I know she was one of the rare gems that sparkled more than any fine diamond. She was one of the sweetest, kindest people I ever met, and she will be missed.

There are things that we don't want to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn, and people we can't live without but have to let go. ~Author Unknown
I have many wonderful memories of Aunt Kay that I will cherish forever. She will be in my thoughts and heart forever.
