Pat (and family): you have our sympathies. Even at 90 years of age, and assuming she lived a full life, it is never easy to say goodbye. Hoping that you were able to gather family and close friends to memorialize your dear mom and release her spirit to our good Lord above- she won't have to deal this mess we have going on in our world currently. Tom and I will make a special intention for your mom and ask our lady to invite her into her heavenly host- will offer 5 rosaries for her (and your family) during Advent. Pat, again, you have our love, support, friendship and prayers. God bless you. With our sympathies Jill and Tom Korta

My deepest sympathies. Mrs O was my favorite teacher, having had her in 4th grade at St. Johns. From the Hawaiian luau after she had been to the Husker game (and the excitement of the newspaper reporting on us) to learning to read the directions after I had raced thru my entire workbook without reading them to endulging my love of reading, she was an inspiration. I was a better student because of her! Learning was fun!

I remember Mrs. O'Meara very fondly and she was my favorite teacher at St. Johns. I recall watching the Yankees play in the world series in her classroom back in about '64. She was definitely a classy lady ! Peace, Love, and good health to her family!

Mrs. O´Meara was my "favorite" Teacher at St. John´s School. Know one knew History like she did. I can still see her writing paragraph after paragraph on the blackboard as she would turn to us and briefly explain the lesson. She was one of the reasons why I decided to become an Educator. Her family should be very proud of this wonderful lady. Rest In Peace Mrs. O´Meara!! I´m sure your busy teaching history lessons up in Heaven. Love you

Mrs.O´Meara was my "favorite" Teacher at St. John´s School. No one knew History like she did!! I can still see her writing paragraph after paragraph on the blackboard as she turned to us and briefly explained the information she was teaching us. She was extremely gifted as an educator and was one of the reasons why I decided to become a Teacher. Her lovely presence and beautiful personality were an extra bonus for her students. Her family should be extremely proud of the wonderful lady that she was. Rest In Peace Mrs. O´Meara! I´m sure you are busy teaching History lessons up in Heaven!!

Mrs. O'meara was my favorite 7th grade teacher. It was 1971 and the school was St. John's. She was a bright light in the school and a wonderful teacher. She had the most beautiful New York accent. One time she told our class how much she disliked Kool-aid and wouldn't give it to her kids. Many thoughts and prayers to the family.
