Julie Ann Munford (Edwards), 73, of Lincoln Nebraska, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025. Born on December 20, 1951, in Auburn, Nebraska, Julie lived a life rooted in faith, family and service to others.

She was the proud mother of Josh Munford (Hilary), Amanda Ottley, Nate Munford (Miriam), Zach Munford (Lexi), and Daphne Munford. Her greatest joy in life was being a grandmother to Karmindy Munford, Waylon and Briggs Ottley, and Leighton Munford, and a great-grandmother to Shiloh, all of whom she adored beyond measure.

Julie is survived by her sisters Carolyn (Ed) Bredemeier, and Meredith Edwards (friend John Miller).

Julie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jeff Munford, her parents C. Harold (Bud) and Pearl Edwards, her brother and sister-in-law Joe and Paula Edwards, and her sister and brother-in-law Margaret and Peter Arcus.

She worked for many years with orthodontist Dr. Wayne Summers, where her warmth and work ethic left a lasting impression on coworkers and patients alike. She later continued her career with Rallis and Bonilla, where she remained a trusted and valued team member.

Julie was an active member of Southview Christian Church, where she found great purpose teaching Sunday school and serving on many church committees. Her kindness, faith, and selfless nature touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Julie will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, especially her grandchildren, her deep sense of compassion, and her commitment to serving others.

A celebration of Julie's life will be held August 1st at 1:00 at Southview Christian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Southview Christian Church.
