Larry Knaub Obituary
Larry Allen Knaub, 82, of Lincoln, Neb., passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026. He was born December 11, 1943, in Lincoln to Phillip and Vivian (Blevins) Knaub and was a lifelong resident. Larry worked his entire career in the family garbage business founded in 1915, serving as co-owner/Vice-President of Industrial Services, Inc. until his passing. He enjoyed the outdoors, classic cars, and Keno, and was known for his quick wit and warm smile.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Kim Knaub; his daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Justin Armstrong; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Phillip "Butch" Knaub and Dennis Knaub; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Donald "Donnie" Knaub.
Private Family Celebration of Larry's Life will be held at Butherus Maser & Love Funeral Home at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
