Mark William Dittman
March 18, 1991 – January 5, 2024
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark William Dittman, a cherished son, brother, and friend. Mark was born on March 18, 1991, in Evanston, IL, and left us on January 5, 2024, at the age of 32. He grew up in Lincoln, NE, where he lived from the age of three, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Mark is lovingly remembered by his parents, John and Susan Dittman; his sister, Allison Dittman (Seth Brauning); and his brothers, Grant and Greg Dittman (Christina Lucas).
Mark loved spending time with his family and friends, traveling, exploring, and continuously learning. He showed his passions in many ways, such as learning to surf, speaking Portuguese in just two months, and consistently striving to improve his health.
Mark's passing leaves us with immense grief. Yet, in our mourning, we remember the beautiful moments of laughter and love he shared with us. His legacy is defined by how he lived-with kindness, perseverance, and a deep love for his family, friends, and Jesus.
We love you so much, Mark. You will forever be in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Lincoln Berean Church.
