Merle was a good friend and Coworker. Merle was my boss at Cushman and after the closing of Cushman we later became coworkers and then my boss at Kawasaki. We played some golf together and my wife Colleen and I vacationed in Missouri once with them and had a great time. Merle was always upbeat and a great guy to be around and a true husker.

A great guy. He coached our daughters Tagney and Matley Jones when they were younger in softball with the Lincoln Swingers softball program. He was very good with the kids and very positive person. Prayers to his family.
