Norma J. Walgreen, 94, of Lincoln, passed away January 29, 2024.
Born October 3, 1929, in Genoa, NE, to Roy and Gladys (Peterson) Walker. Norma retired after 40 years as a schoolteacher where she taught at Bethany Elementary and Ruth Pyrtle Elementary Schools. She enjoyed playing bridge and pitch and was an avid Husker fan.
Family members include her daughter, Jean (Charlie) Mink; grandchildren: Kelly Mink and Clinton Mink, all of Lincoln; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents and husband, sister and many cousins.
Memorial service will 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2024, Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 'O' St.
Memorials in lieu of flowers, it was Norma's wish that you do a random act of kindness.
