Our sympathy to Pastor Sasse's family. He was our campus minister when we were at Kearney State (now UNK). We have so many fond memories of him. My parents would come to Kearney to visit on the Sunday's when he was preaching! What an impact he's had on so many! Al & Sandy Blankenship

Roger is my wife's first cousin. Knew Gary for many years through teaching and coaching. We spent a week in the summer of '88 with Roger on an adventure of a lifetime. We designed our house in '91 to mirror his open-air home in Lincoln. He was there as a friend and counselor in 2005. Thank you. You lived as a much younger man than your years. Kudos. Too bad we couldn't get together to give you one more "Wiemers fix." You were the best. It is somewhat mind-boggling to think how many of us down here may now have a new angel on our shoulders. Your spirit endures forever. Much love-Gregg Kupfer
