Vickie Lynn Gummere
February 10, 1970 - October 31, 2022
Vickie Lynn Gummere, (52) born February 10, 1970 in Seoul, South Korea, passed Monday morning October 31st. Vickie attended Stratton Public Schools and graduated salutatorian of her class in 1988. She moved to Lincoln where she attended UNL. Vickie has been in the radio industry for most of her career, most recently employed by iHeart Media.
She is survived by her parents, Beryl and Sharon Gummere of Stratton, NE, brother Kelly (Jennifer) Gummere of Memphis, TN, cats Ranger and George.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for memorials to be left in her name. A celebration of life will be held at Connecting Point Church of the Nazarene at 1901 South 70th Street, Lincoln, NE on Saturday, November 5th at 1pm.
