RACINE – Brad Michael Pouliot, 57, received the promise of eternal life on Monday, October 26, 2015. He was born in Racine on September 15, 1958, son of the late Clayton and Gloria (nee: Zellen) Pouliot. Brad was united in marriage to the former Kathy Kay Jensen on December 28, 1979. He faithfully served his country in the United States Army Reserves. Brad was a carpenter and the owner of Fine Finishing for many years. He was definitely a handyman that could fix just about anything. Brad would never say no to someone who needed his help with a repair. He enjoyed being a poultry farmer and raised chickens and turkeys at the house. Brad was an avid fisherman and hunter. Brad loved to be outdoors whether it be with golf clubs, rod, gun, bow, or just being out on his four wheeler. Brad leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of over 35 years, Kathy Pouliot of Caledonia; daughter, Rochelle (Maurice) Hoard of Caledonia; grandsons, Ethan and Peyton Hoard; brothers, Todd (Tammy) Pouliot, Brian Pouliot, Avalt Tohm, all of Racine; nephew, Chris Stacy; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention. Brad is preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Gloria. A celebration of Brad’s life will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015, 6:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road, with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00pm until the time of the service. Burial will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, 1:00pm at Graceland Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the gate of the cemetery at 12:45pm. The family would like to extend a heart-felt “Thank You” to the staff at Aurora-St. Luke’s ICU for the care given to our family during this difficult time.
