Daniel Joseph Jahns

- April 17, 2018 Daniel Joseph Jahns Age 63, died at home due to heart failure, Little Newton Lake in Athelstane, on April 17, 2018. Dan attended Trinity Lutheran Grade School in Caledonia, and Racine Lutheran High School. He worked as a roofer and started his own business, Accurate Roofing in Racine, where he worked for several decades. Dan is survived by his parents, David and Susan Jahns originally from Franksville, his sister Mary Sue Fenner – nephews Joe and Daniel, and sister Sandra Jahns - nephew David Jahns (Paige), and nieces Susan and Mary Anna Mejchar. He has many relatives and friends and was known for his good sense of humor. Dan attended Grace Lutheran Church in Crivitz and liked to snowmobile, hunt, watch the Packers and fish. He did what he wanted to do. For many he was the funniest man they knew. He will be missed.
