Joan Marie Malzow

CREEK - Joan Marie (nee: Jacquart) Malzow, 44 passed away at home November 19, 2010. Joan was born Feb 9, 1966 in Burlington the daughter of Morris and Sharon (nee.Thomas) Jacquart. She was a graduate of Burlington High School and a Graduate of Gateway Technical College where she received her LPN nursing license. On May 15, 1994 at St. John Divine Church in Burlington she married Clayton Mazlow. Joan worked in the health care field as an LPN for many years. She was a member of St.John Divine Church. Joan loved Arts and Crafts and arranging many types of flowers. Family would like to THANK the "Flower Man" for being a special friend to Joan. She will be missed by husband Clayton and all of her family and she leaves behind her special friend and K-9 companion Peanut. Survived by her mother: Sharon Jacquart of the Boardwalk in Burlington, her dear husband Clayton, Sister Michele (Jake) Fullard of Dayton, Ohio and Brother Steve (Rebecca) Jacquart of Lake Geneva, also survived by three nieces Alexis, Ashley and Carly. further survived by Mother-in-law: Marie, Clayton's family members: Clint, Peggy, Julie, Pam, Cindy and Steve. Along with Clayton and Joan's daughter: Angela. Other relatives and many friends. Services will be held at St. John Divine Church, 216 E. Chandler Blvd in Burlington on Saturday November 27, 2010 1:00 PM. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials are suggested to the family.
