Your kindness to Leon and support of us are deeply appreciated. "The Six Grandfathers have placed in this world many things, all of which should be happy. Every little thing is sent for something, and in that thing there should be happiness and the power to make happy. Like the grasses showing tender faces to each other, thus we should do, for this was the wish of the Grandfathers of the World." -Chief Black Elk, Lakota Sioux DRAEGER-LANGENDORF FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY 4600 County Line Road (corner of KR & Meachem Road) 552-9000 www.draeger-langendorf.com

I just received an e-mail from a friend in Kenosha, informing us of the death of Leon. We lived at Birchwood Condominiums from the mid-1970's until 1995. Leon was a great groundskeeper during the Summer break from school. He could always be counted on when there was a problem. Sorry for your loss Donna.

Leon was an excellent teacher and a very good friend. He was always helpful to students and fellow teachers. He was interested in his charges and had fun with his students, but never made fun of them. I enjoyed teaching with him for many years at Jerstad-Agerholm, and appreciated his support during the stikes in the mid-seventies. I saw how bravely he stood up against MS, and I admired his fight. He was one fine man.

I was blessed to have Mr. Bragg for my teacher at JA. I still have the American Indian project from his class and remember many lessons from a tall, kind, true teacher.

Mr. Bragg is one of a very small handful of teachers that really made an impression on me. He was from a generation of teachers that wore a three-piece suit to school. He was very gentle and classy and a very good man.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I had Mr. Bragg as a 6th grade teacher at Jerstad Agerholm. He was such a kind soft spoken man, and I'll always remember him! I was in 6th grade back in the late 80's and he's stuck with me throughout the years.
