Robert Garrity Obituary
RACINE - With his family by his side, Robert "Bob" W. Garrity, age 80, passed away at his residence. He was born in Chicago, Il, April 7, 1944, son of the late James and Helen (Nee: Whalen) Garrity Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Bob's life will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025, 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2201 Northwestern Ave. with Rev. Ricardo Martin officiating. Interment with Full Military Honors will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy. 32. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation, Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, also Friday, 10 a.m., until time of Mass at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Catherine's High School, Hospice Alliance or Stars and Stripes Wisconsin Honor Flight have been suggested by the family.
A very special thank you to Dr. Steven Johnson, Senior Helpers, (especially Liz and Stephanie), Hospice Alliance and the team at Caledonia Fire and Rescue Department and all their wonderful neighbors both old and new for their loving and compassionate care shown to Bob and family.

Cheryl, I am so sorry about Bob`s passing I didn´t know. I was just looking up this in the journal and came across bobs obituary. He and my Bob were very good friends growing up and he worked on a lot of committees with me at holy name he was a really nice guy. I hope you are doing OK, Cheryl, call me anytime. I am now in Florida until mid April and I live in Waterford now Sue Urbush.

I knew Bob since 1968. He was one of the nicest people I have ever known.
I´m so sad to hear of his passing.
