Samuel Searcy Obituary

ALAMO, TENN. - Mr. Samuel Lenard Searcy, 65, died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at the Crockett County Nursing Home in Alamo, Tenn. He leaves to cherish his memories, daughters, Jackie Griffith (Robert) of Homewood, Ill. and Llana Sharpe of McDonald, Ga.; a son, Javon Searcy of Milwaukee; six grandchildren; sisters, Hettie Gibson (Leonardo) of Racine, Judy Bond of Alamo, Tenn., and Teena Davis of Waldorf, Md.; brothers, Frazier Searcy Jr. (Jerri) of Minneapolis, Minn. and Issac Searcy of Singer Island, Fla.; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was prededed in death by his parents, Frazier Searcy Sr. and Opraleen (nee: Green) Searcy; and a brother, James Wesley Searcy. Funeral services for Mr. Samuel Lenard Searcy will be at the Midgett Chapel United Methodist Church in Alamo, Tenn. on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Robert Gardner officiating.
