Norma and family: I still can't get over how quickly things progressed and transpired. Sigh. I will miss him so very much and will always remember his kindness in speaking to me about Mettlachs in my 'formative years' of the hobby. Bob G and he were my two 'mentors' and I always managed to bug them with questions - and he always managed to answer/help with a smile and stories. He was such a kind and loving person - always smiling and always full of good cheer. I will remember him fondly in his German lederhosen and German hat at your famous 'Oktoberfests'. Sigh again. Gosh we all miss him! God bless you all. Remember all the good times and the joy he brought us all.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. "Big Bear" has brought great friendship and much laughter into camp every spring. We will never forget him.

We have lit a candle and placed it at the end of the dock to help guide Alfie safely home.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

Becky, Norma, & Vicky,
I will never forget getting thrown into the pond at Becky's graduation party, or when he pulled me out of the Midwest line to harass me at the airport. My deepest sympathy and my prayers go out to you.

My sincere sympathy. It seems only a short while ago we were in college and anxiously awaiting graduations, weddings and commissionings. May Alfie rest in peace.
