Dad passed away Friday, 1/22/16, just 5 months after we lost mom. Complications from kidney failure and a broken heart. Wonderful father and amazing husband to mom for 65 years. Their marriage is a love story for the ages. Love you, Dad. Gods speed. Love, Bobby

Dear family and friends,

I am forever grateful for all of the love, support, assistance and offers to help when Dad's health began to fail in early December.

My dad's wishes were to have an identical memorial service as we did for mom. Thanks to coordinator Diane at St. Martins of Tours Church, we will be able to duplicate the memorial with Father Yvonn presiding and musical director Mary providing her beautiful vocals. A special thank you to a great friend, Brian Schaff of Schaff's Funeral Home, for handling the long distance arrangements for me.

I hope you can attend the celebration of Ben's life beginning at 11am on March 5th.

Love,

Bob Laskowski

To Bobby and the entire Laskowski Family: I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a true gentleman and one of the greatest and nicest persons that I have ever met. I know that first losing your brother and then your Mom and now your Dad in a very short period of time leaves behind a void that can't be filled.

As you know, your Dad and I all were part of the early Red Carpet Lanes family and those days were the most enjoyable of my life. Those were wonderful times and hold many a fond memory and we made great friendships that have lasted through the years. I remember you being a young boy and visiting RC West when and your Dad and I were just part time bartenders there, before we became Managers for Red Carpet.

I also recall your Mom and Dad being the ideal couple. Ben set the standard and made certain that and you and your entire family lived a life that well-lived and well-loved, a family life that I'm certain that you will carry on with your wife and children. All you have to do is follow the model that Mom & Dad established. Ben & Mary's love was Special and they are now reunited in Heaven. So try and take a little comfort in knowing that you have another special "Guardian Angel" to watch over you and your family.

Truly it's sad that you've lost so many loved ones so quickly And though I can't know all you're going through. I want to tell you that I care . And I'm thinking of you and praying for all of you. Your folks were Special people. I also regret because of distance I will be unable to attend Ben's services.
