she was someone that you just grew used to seeing and always thought would be there, and perhaps we took for granted the time we had with her. There is no real need to worry or mourn for her loss but we should have joy that she is free from from the throes of worldly ties and is now set free to live as she wants. We will see her again better then she ever looked her, but for now i will miss her and still hold her dear.

Betty Lou was my baby sister. She was a great asset to our family, with her skills, humor and personality. A great musician. She played the piano and organ for many years in church and other functions. She was a lady you could count on, her yes's or no's were very clear. Love of family and friends were most important. She had a great sence of humor and we had many laughs and good times together. I will miss her greatly, but will see each other again in Heaven with Jesus

Betty Lou was my baby sister. We had lots of fun growing up together. She was a very determined girl, always finding something challeging to do. What she said and did you could count on. She was also a very caring, giving person. Most of all her love of God and her service to the His church was a great asset to her personality. She was a talented musician , playing the piano and organ for many years..and was part of our "Mills Trio" with sister EIleen and myself. I will miss her greatly, but we will see each other again in Heaven with Jesus, our Savior and Lord.

I am so glad that I got the chance to know Aunt Betty Lou and become part of the family. She was an amazing person along with the rest of the Mills. She will be forever remembered and I can't wait for that day that I will see her again.

Aunt Betty lou was a precious soul that I will miss greatly. Her wit, and her frankness I will never forget. Heaven just got a whole lot livelier when she arrived, and I mean that with all sencerity. She was precious and I look forward to seeing her once again in Heaven.

The best word to describe my Aunt Betty Lou is, "Genuine". There was no wondering where she stood on anything. Her faith in Jesus Christ, her love and strong support of her family (whether we were in the right or wrong), and who she was as a person was all out in the open. There were no gray area's. As a teenager and all the way up through adult hood , I strived for being a what you see is what you get person. My aunt was that example. I will greatly miss the talks we had about many subjects, but the ones that stand out are.Stories of her and my Grandma and Aunt Nona and Uncle Sonny on the farm.Southern Gospel Music including the Blackwood Brothers, Elvis , and Gaither Vocal Band, and all the stories of how, and what, her children and many grandchildren are doing. She had a very good sense of humor as well and we would laugh quite a bit during our visits. I also know my Aunt while devistated as she was over the loss of her sister and my Grandma (Eileen Dahl), took it is upon herself to try help fill the void left vacant by the loss of my Grandma, by spending even more time with my Mom and Dad and also with my boys my wife and I. She was at all of our Birthday parties. We went out to eat frequently after Sunday service as well. I know I will see my Aunt very soon again. I miss her already very badly, but I know she stands in the presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ with Uncle Robert, Grandma, My brother Mark, my little one who I never met, and all of the saints who went before. What a day it will be when we see them all again. I can only imagine...

Betty Lou was one of the spunkiest and funniest ladies I have ever met. She always asked about my Mom and sent prayers her way. I'm sure she and Bob are up singing with the angels at Jesus' feet (Bob, of course, would be singing the descant). My prayers are with the family at this difficult time. Just remember she is in the "best" place.

Dear Wendy,
We are so very sorry. I have known you since you were 14 and have always admired your devotion to your mom, who was also very devoted to her family. You, Wendy, are a living testament to the kind of woman your mom was...you exemplify her integrity, determination, work ethic, and values. Now, your mom and dad are together, as it is meant. You will continue to be the person she taught you to be, all the while knowing that the relationship will exist forever. She, and your dad, look upon you with pride.
Love,
Jan & Cary Hensiak
