One day last fall Jen took me to meet Aunt Beverly. When we approached her she was sitting at a table in the dining room of her retirement home.
She immediately wanted to know all the details of how Jen and I met. I was so impressed by how intently she listened to every word I spoke, and I could tell how much she loved Jennifer by the joy she received from our story.
I will always remember the warm glow of her expression and the sparkle in her lovely blue eyes as she so genuinely welcomed me that day.
