Borislav Popovic Obituary

Popovic, Borislav Jan. 2, 2008, age 90. Beloved husband of the late Julia (nee Anastasov). Dear brother of Cedomir Popovic. Friend of Jerry Falk. Further survived by nephews, kumovi, other relatives and friends. He was a retiree of Allis-Chalmers, former radio announcer for Serbian Radio Hour, and a founding member of the Serbian Soccer League. Special thanks to the staff at SouthPointe Care Center and Odyssey Hospice for their fine care. Visitation Friday at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, S. 51st and W. Oklahoma Ave., 11AM until time of Service (12 noon). Interment Good Hope Cemetery. SCHAFF FUNERAL HOME 414-541-7533

Dear Mr & Mrs Popovic,
How can we ever thank you for all you did for us. As part of 34th street, you were part of that group like my parents who looked out for everyone. We did not just live in a house, we lived in a neighborhood. Our sympathies to your family. We were blessed to have known you both. Rest in Peace.
