Carol Schaffer Obituary

Schaffer, Carol M. (Nee Rechlin) Passed away at her residence, Saturday, January 2, 2010. Age 86. Loving wife of Richard for 66 years. Dear mother of Richard (Cecile ), Bonnie (Gil) Pierre and Dean (Jerri). Proud grandmother of Kari (Jamie) Cannestra, Michele (Pat) Goodreau, Todd (Kim) Schaffer, Steve (Amy) Pierre, Holly Schaffer, Cherie (Jeff) Klawitter, Lisa Schaffer, Jessica Schaffer and Derek (Candy) Schaffer, and great-grandmother of Amber Goodreau, Meghan Cannestra, Austin Goodreau, Olivia Cannestra, Aidan Goodreau, Delaney Klawitter, Avery Schaffer, Abrielle Klawitter, Luke Pierre, Drew Schaffer, Charlie Klawitter, Jenna Pierre and Aiden Schaffer. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation Saturday, January 9, from 10:30AM until time of Funeral Service at 12:30PM, at the Funeral Home. Interment Valhalla Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Bethany Calvary United Methodist Church, Wheaton Franciscan Hospice or the American Cancer Society appreciated. Carol was an active member of Bethany Calvary United Methodist Church in Wauwatosa, she was active in the choir and served as administrative secretary on the church board for 21 years.
