Uncle Charlie, mom and I walk the neighborhood alone now... It just isn't the same without you and Brady doing lap after lap almost every day. We would stop and talk to the neighbors, you and mom would talk about boring stuff while Brady and I tried to catch the neighborhood gophers! At times you would reprimand me, but I appreciate it now, because I'm a much better dog! I love you so much and know that you loved me! As we would walk around the corner and you would be working in your yard, I would drag poor mom toward you so excited to get hugs and give you wet kisses! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me, and being such a good friend to mom. I miss you a lot

Love & Condolences to the whole Hallingstad family. Being the only girl cousin & 5 years younger as kids, I have only vaque memories of seeing him at Brown's lake with his friends & later smiling with his beautiful bride Pat. Thank you Chuck & Pat for the service & sacrifices made for our country! I pray the family grows stronger from his memory & the grief lessens in time. In Sympathy & Christ. ConnieJean

I am so very saddened by Chucks passing. He will always live in my memory as "The dog whisperer." Whenever I saw him, he always has his dogs, or as I thought of them, his four ( or three) legged kids with him. His compassion and understanding of dogs was exceptional, and I believe, truly defined who he was. Please accept my heartfelt condolences . My prayers are with all of you.
May Gods comfort and strength carry you through this painful and difficult time.
