I was one of many people that were fortunate to work with Carter. His depth of engineering knowledge and experience was impressive. He was a mentor and a friend with a genuine sense of humor.
Carter had a variety of talents that made him a joy to be around.
He will be greatly missed until we see each other again.

Please accept my deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers. I will treasure my memories of Carter. He sang with my father in the "Hi-Brows" barbershop quartet. I will always remember the fun times and great music. In fact, the Hi Brows sang in my wedding, 25 years ago.
Carter will be missed by many.
