danny it seems like yesterday i was with you i can't belive you are realy gone you were a beautifull person you were always their for anyone who ever needed you i know god took you from us to help you with all that pain you had we couldnt help you the way god could . god needed you in heaven i know i will have a long journey ahead of me before we will be together again just remember how much u were loved by your family .our life's have changed for ever i know you are looking down from heaven at all of us saying how much you miss us and love us.you will always live in side my heart for ever and ever.i cry each day because i miss u so much but i know no matter how much i miss you god is saying danny has no more pain,he was needed in heaven things happen for a reason and only god knows the answer to why. i love you so much you will never be forgotten love you mom.

Today a little butterfly flew by me.
I thought to myself where have you been little butterfly.
You come into this world as a cocoon all by yourself and blossom into
this beautiful butterfly and fly off to see the world.
What you don’t realize little butterfly as you flutter through your days
is how you touch those around you in your soft gentle, and loving ways.
You don’t even realize the wonder and awe you create around you.
he fluttered his wings toward me as if he was waving good-by as he
headed towards the horizon.
he looked very happy and content as he went on his way, as if to say
to me “Don’t worry I’ll be okay”.
I was sad to see him go for he had touched my heart in such a way that
I knew my life would never be the same.
he had left an imprint of all the beauty life has to offer.
I knew each time I looked at another butterfly or horizon I would
remember our moment in time when it was only he and I.
I knew I would be a better person all because this little butterfly flew by
me one bright sunny day.

Danny, you were my little mouse. You never said No to Grandma. You were always there for me. I will always keep you deep in my heart. I always lit a candle and prayed for you at church and I will always continue to do so. I will always keep our secrets to myself until the day I die. My prayers go out to Danny and his family. My Son Calvin went to Central with Danny. Calvin loved him like a brother. Although time and growing up separated them, whenever the two seen each other they always called each other "Bro",hugged and asked about each other's Mom. I remember moving and having all the "boys" pull together after school to help. Great Kids! Sorry this world lost such a great soul.

Cathy, As a mom I can only inagine the depth of your pain. I, myself, tragically lost my 26 year old daughter-in-law 5 months ago. She is my son's first and only true love and they have been together since the age of 15. This girl has been in my life every day for 10 years. The hurt is immeasurable. I really wanted to thank you for mentioning Sandy (Scholler) Paulos in your beautiful tribute to your son, Danny. I loved Sandy with all of me and was heart broken at her loss as well. She was such a beautiful young woman. The loss of her brother, Larry was also a tremendous loss to the Scholler family and I pray we all keep them in our hearts. Please know you have touched more lives than you know, mine from 30 years ago. I never forgot all the fun times at your house and you are a remarkable woman, couple and Mom. Hang in there. Peace.

I've known your family for 23 years so before Danny was born and I'd have to say this is the first sad memory I can remember having shared with you. I know I can't erase the pain you are feeling right now but please know we are here for you to help you ease it in any way possible!! We really love your family like they are our own and would do anything for you!! Danny was a good hearted boy and by the looks of it touched a lot of people. To my amazing husband (George), my mother-in-law (Cathy) and father-in-law (Ernie):
Through this horrific tradegy, we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful family. I know it is difficult to stay strong, but I have faith we will make it through this. It amazes me that I met Danny when he was around Dylan's age and watched him grow to a fine young man. When I look at all the pictures I have of him throughout the years, it brings a HUGE smile to my face. In some he is so serious and others just a big goof. Though we may struggle with some of the choices Danny made, he truly loved you deeply. Deep down he had such a big heart and cared for his family. I'm glad he was able to touch a piece of Caitlin, Dylan & Evelyn's heart. They will truly miss their uncle and the many special moments they shared.
George - you were an inspiration to your little brother Danny. He admired you so much and wasn't ashamed to say it. He was so proud of your strong work ethic, values and what a great husband and father you are.
May God's grace strengthen this family and give us comfort to know that Danny was able to save others. Going forward will be difficult without him, but we must use our faith to give us hope.

I was some what close to danny and i only think that i have one of the best gaurdian angels watching over us and with that in mind just know that he is with each and evey one of us day by day!!! Danny was a part of Joey and Patrick's growing up. I loved having both him and Nick in our home. He was a fine, respectful boy and young man. My boys are certainly grieving his loss. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this time as you grieve in a way only parents can.

Aunti Cathy, Uncle Ernie and the rest of my Family,
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with His hand (Psalm 37:23-24)
No words can adequately express what we feel at the loss of Danny. Know that God did not call him home to bring sorrow to us but rather to end his suffering and in doing so Danny saved many other lives and he now lives on in them as well. God borrowed him to us for such a short while and we are better off to have loved him, no matter how short the time, than to not have been blessed with his presence. God cradles Danny in his arms now and he is not alone, grandma is there with him as well, watching over and protecting us. The hurt will never fully go away but everday will become more bareable and soon in when we think of Danny our tears will turn into smiles. We will always love and miss you Danny. Thank you for the time you here with us. It was not wasted. You touched our lives. I love you all so much and miss you.

What moves through you is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, you may not understand why Danny left this earth so soon, or why he left before you were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, you begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. And that Danny's life gave you memories too beautiful to forget. Hold on to the memories close to your heart. May your memories give you strength throught this difficult time.
A good memory that I have is when I used to go over to your house on Mondays and Wednesdays with Dawn to watch Melrose Place and 90210 with Cathy. Danny and Nick were around 4 and 5 years old and were always in there (whitey tighties) running around and jumping of the couch acting like super heroes.
Danny will be missed dearly!

My heart and soul feels your pain. We lost our son Josh Robinson July 4th '10 with the same problem. There isn't anything to be said or done to take the pain you are feeling away. Do know that we are praying for strength for your family to pull together through this worst time of your lives. Danny was a boy taken from you, and now you are lost with out him, embrace the time you had, as that was Gods gift to you. An affliction is what took him away. Not you nor God.
