My deepest condolences to David's family and friends. I was friends with him for years at ASQ, and can't begin to express how great a guy he was. He will be missed but will live in the hearts of all who knew him, myself included.

So many fun memories of growing up in the neighborhood together. But the best times were when we were older: working on cars and going out line dancing. One of my favorite memories is from Halloween not too long ago. I was decorating the house for night time Trick or Treat for the kids. It was a beautiful sunny day. David happened to be visiting his folks and he walked over to chat. He started to help me with some of the decorations. I commented that we were blessed with nice weather and said, "The Lord is good." David smiled, "Indeed He is." There was a deep sincerity in his voice that touched my heart, and it made me appreciate him as a neighbor, friend and fellow Christian, even more. My most sincere condolences to Chrissy, Richard and Jimmy. David will be greatly missed now, but we'll all laugh with him again someday in the Lord's presence.
