Dear Jodi, Brian, Tyler and Lauren,

Fred and I extend our deepest sympathy to you. To lose a loving companion and father at any age is difficult but when a cherished loved one is called home so young it is especially difficult. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and ask that God will give your hearts comfort and peace in the difficult days ahead. I know only a portion of David's almost life long battle with kidney disease, and I know the struggle has not been easy for any of you. May God bless yours and David's family with His abundant love and peace.

Dear Jodi & Family,

My heart is just grieving over the news that David died! I know just some of the things you all have been through over the past several years. 41 is way too young to die! I know you will miss him greatly. You have been such a wonderful wife & caregiver to David. I still have memories of David dressed up as the toilet at the NKF Halloween Party & I'm so happy I took pictures of him in it. They will be a visual lasting memory of David. My mental memories are many but unfortunatly, all related to the very thing that took his life ~ Kidney Disease.

You are in my thoughts & prayers.

Love,

Jodi,

I went to school with Dave & while it has been a very long time since we talked, I have never forgotten him. I'll still smile when I think back about our 7th grade music class - he made himself a guitar out of a book cover & used it to play air guitar along with the records we were listening to - I think it was Kiss & Ted Nugent. He was always so much fun to be around.

You have my deepest sympathy in this difficult time, my family & I will keep you & the children in our prayers.
