Sympathy to all of you -- Margo, Carlos, Greg, Andy, Linda and families. Such fond memories of Doris -- her beautiful outfits with the boas & hats, our moms in one of our kitchens on Grantosa drinking coffee and painting their nails, your mom & dad having a cocktail before going to Mannings for dinner. She had a wonderful family, lived a wonderful life, and was so lucky to be in the comfort of her family as her life ended.
Love to all of you, Pat(Smith)Peitz

So sorry for your loss. I remember your Mom so well. All those days we played in the basement and she'd make us lunch; using her perfume to make the dog house smell better she was not too happy about that! Mister and Moose! She was such a good friend to our Mom.With sympathy,Elaine (Knitter) Roesler

My deepest sympathy to Margo and Greg and families. I remember your mom, Doris, as my second mother, while living next door to you in the Knitter clan home. I have many fond memories of your mother, including her willingness to let us set up and run a "fun and spook" house in your garage. I always felt safe when I knew your mom was home and near to us. Hugs to you with hopes that your happy and loving memories of your exceptional mother help sustain you during this grieving time. Love to you, (as you know me) Marji Knitter, in Canada.

Dear Gregg and Margo,

I hope you find comfort during this difficult time.
I remember her as Margo's Mom, who worked at Capitol Court in the Hat and cosmetics dept. She was a great friend to my Mom, Dorothy back then.

I am so sorry for you loss.

Love to you!

Dear Preiss FamilyI happen to be visiting my dad here in Mikwaukee and opened newspaper to find your mother's obituary. I am very sorry for your loss Greg. Growing up next door to all of you I have beautiful memories of your mother, her exotic clothes, her vivacious personality and best friend to our mom. Ironically, my husband and I have a second home in Rancho Mirage! Wish I had known you all were living in Palm Sorings. Hope to see you in PS and give you a hug!Love ,Kathy Knitter Perotti
