Bassett, Duane B. Passed away August 7, 2008, at the age of 90 years. Loving husband of Elvera Ann (nee March). Dear father of Steve (Linda) Malcauley, Bonnie (Gene) Martin, Sally (Marvin) Flerchinger, James Bassett, Mary (Steven) Burdett, Polly Bassett, Peggy Noris, stepfather of Peter (Debra) Philbrick and Faith (Mike) Watson. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren, 27 great- grandchildren, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter Kathryn Bassett. Visitation August 11, 2008, at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK FAMILY CENTER, 12875 W. Capitol Dr., from 12:30 until the funeral services at 2:00 PM. Interment Wisconsin Memorial Park. Dad ~ Of all the gifts and surprises you and Mom Elvera have given me that past few years, the most cherished ones are the phone hugs, love, advice, humor and teaching that you gave me.
