Craig Pfister
December 5, 2013
Dwight was a man of many interests, but his passion and enthusiasm for all things regarding trains, and in particular his love of the Milwaukee Road Hiawathas set him apart from all others. He would "Hold Court" on Saturdays at his shop on Greenfield Avenue and I would attend, as often as I could to discuss all of the aspects and facets of the world of railroading. He carried on the tradition of teaching us "Young kids" a thing or two about the history of the Hiawathas...he had a gleem in his eye and a spark of enthusiasm for his Hiawathas that I will never forget. I will miss him.
