Edward Majewski Obituary

Majewski, Edward H. "Ed" Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, December 19, 2013. Age 94. Beloved husband of Arleen (nee Lassa) for 60 years. Dear dad of Ann (Bob) Arango, Mark (Sue) Majewski and Joan (Chris) Browne. Proud grandpa of Rachel, Lauren (Eric), Allen, Sara (Joe), Peter and Lizzy. Great-grandpa of Kara Pearl. Further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends. Visitation at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 3160 S 63rd St., on Monday, December 23, 9:30 - 11AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Entombment to follow at Mt Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Villa St. Francis, 1910 W. Ohio Ave., Milwaukee. Ed was a WWII veteran, former deacon/chaplain, retiree of Johnson Controls, former math teacher at MATC and "Billboard Star" at Villa St. Francis.

Dear Mark ans Sue: I am sorry for your loss. Ed and I were in deacon formation together and I always respected his input and service to us and others. Know my prayers and thoughts are with you. Though I am not able to attend the Mass I will have a mass for all of you said at The Marian Shrine where I serve as the director God Bless Always- Claude Kennedy
