Ignera, Elinor M. "Grandma" Found peace at the age of 87 years on October 18, 2006, and joined her beloved husband, Frank, and son-in-law, Ron Ries, Jr. Loving Mother and best friend of Donna Ries; proud and devoted grandmother of Jeremy Ries of Mankato, MN and Jennifer Ries of Milwaukee. Private services were held at Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers, WI on October 27, 2006. Elinor's family extends a heartfelt Thank You to the entire staff at Zilber Family Hospice for their outstanding and compassionate care in making Mom's stay memorable, comfortable, and peaceful. Memorials in Elinor's name may be sent to the "Legacy of Love" at Zilber Family Hospice, 1155 Honey Creek Parkway, Wauwatosa, WI 53213 and will be greatly appreciated. Mom, God saw you getting weary, he did what he thought best. He put his arms around you and said, "come and rest". He opened up his golden gates, and on that heartbreaking day, you gently slipped away. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone, a part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
