Emily Orozco Obituary

Orozco, Emily aka Amelia (Nee Najera) Reunited in Heaven on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the age of 96 years, with her caring husband, Miguel; her son, Joaquin and sister, Aurelia Ruiz. Survived by sisters, Marie Colorez and Alexandria Royal and childhood friend, Angeline Leon, whom she considered another sister. Loving mother of Sabas, Anita (late Charles Wickman), Juanita (Andy) Plesko, Benita (late Robert) Bujanowski, Clara, Pedro (Kristin), Carmen (Patricia); six grandchildren, Dulcinea, Quetzal (Kathryn), Robert, Miguel, Nicole and Chelsea. A special thanks to Clara for her loving, compassionate care the final year of Emily's life. Special thanks to the many family and friends that came to say their final goodbyes. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Rozga-Walloch Funeral Home (4309 S. 20th St) from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe (613 S. 4th St.) at 12:30 PM. Father Timothy Manett presiding. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
