So very sorry for your loss. So sad.

Tanya,
It wasn't until today that I became aware of the fact that Gennady Levshetz was from Mequon. That fact and a familiarity with the name prompted me to continue to learn more about him. In doing so, I came to realize that that was your dad. I am so sorry, Tanya, and grieve with you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. From all that has been said about your dad, he is a person who many loved and respected--someone who will be deeply missed.

I am writing to you because I grieve for all people who lose their lives through acts of violence. As a fellow Jew, I know all too well the history of violence that our People have endured through the centuries. I am sure that members of the Jewish community will do their best to provide aid and comfort to you and your family in this time of great personal loss. God Bless you.

To the Family of Gene
I worked with Gene in the Powerhouse. The tragic events we all experienced that day will never be forgotten and neither will the memory of Gene. I am glad I was able to meet and work with him. We talked a lot about our travels and I will miss those conversations. Mine and my wife Cindy's thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn. Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time.
