I send my condolences to my cousins Val and Amy and all the family and friends that will mourn the loss of this exceptional man. My/our beloved grandfather, Engve Nord, died in 1966 and I still think about him and miss him.
Some time in the 60's your dad acquired a money clip as a giveaway from a gas station. The clip broke and grandpa welded it back together.
Over the years, when I would see Jerry he would take out that money clip and we'd share our fond memories.
At my mom's funeral in 2009 Jerry told me the money clip had finally seen it's last day. Gone, but not forgotten.
