Harvey Schulze

Milwaukee, WI - Born to Eternal Life February 14, 2021 at the age of 91. Loving husband of the late Alice (nee Burman). Cherished father of James Lucas, David Schulze and Lisa Armstrong. Special friend of Christopher Barrington. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation TODAY, Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 4PM to 6PM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service to follow, at 6PM, followed by Military Honors. Interment Friday, February 19, 2021 at 11AM at Clinton Cemetery, 7501 WI-140, Clinton, WI.

Born in Appleton, Harvey's family moved to Sturgeon Bay in the early 1940's, a place he fondly remembered later in life. Harvey started his career in the Merchant Marines when he was 16. When he enlisted to serve in the Korean War, he landed in the Marines as "it had the shortest line," in his words. First an inspector at GE, he was soon promoted to Foreman, and ended his career there as Manufacturing Engineer. He was a kind man, slow and rare to anger. Following in his father's footsteps in carpentry, he loved helping friends and family with household repairs. His was a full, long life.

Harvey schulze was one of the nicest men I've ever known he was kind-hearted, hard-working, extremely talented and a very smart man. He was a wonderful father-in-law and a good friend. He will be greatly missed. Our Deepest sympathies to family.

Jim, Lisa and David...I was saddened to hear of Uncle Harvey's passing. He was a very kind man, had a great laugh and was a wonderful listener. When Gail called and told me of his passing she mentioned that he was the last of our parents generation (and a great one it was). Larry and I are unable to attend the funeral but will pay our respects the next time we visit family at Clinton Cemetery. We will be thinking of you. Larry and Denise (nee Keller)
