To the Norris Family, I didn't have the privilege of knowing Hayley. In tragedies such as Hayley's death, I use a tapestry example.I hope this gives you some comfort: Our lives on this earth is like looking at the back of a tapestry--it makes no sense and we ask "why" are all those bumps all over?; "why" are those loose ends all about? When we reach our eternal home, we view our earthly lives as we are looking at the front of the tapestry. It is a beautiful picture and only then do we get answers to all of our earthly "whys".
May the love of friends give you comfort; may the love of our Lord give you Peace. You have my deepest sympathy.

Dr. Norris and family and friends of Hayley,
My deepest sympathies to you all. I cannot even begin to imagine the grief that you must be feeling at this time. I know that I speak for many when I say that you, Dr. Norris, have helped me through hard times and now feel at a loss knowing that you are experiencing such loss and sadness.
