Borchlewicz, Jacquelyn "Jackie" (Nee Matowski) Entered Gods loving arms on March 19, 2018. Beloved wife of 50 years to Fred. Loving mother of Ann (Dave) Martens and Andrew . Devoted Busia of Evelyn and David Martens. Jackie is survived by her sister Patricia (Jerry) Gorski, sister in law Mary Ann (Dave) Cresca, brother in law Richard (Linda Dirkse), nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Frank Matowski and Monica Hillman, siblings Geraldine (Erv) Sokolowski, Donald (Rae Ellen) Matowski and Christine Matowski (Melvin Marino) A Memorial Celebration of Jackie's life will be held Wed. March 28th from 9:30AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. James Catholic Church 7219 S. 27th St. (Franklin) Jackie was a loving owner of many dear Kitties. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the Wisconsin Humane Society. Jackie will be remembered for her beautiful calligraphy and her loving kind and giving nature. Love you Forever!
