James Michael Kwiatkowski

Began his journey home Sunday, August 21, 2005. James was a "gift" from God to his parents Mary and Jim on April 1, 1983. God would grant them 22 years of his love and his laughter, his smiles and his tears before whispering James's name and softly saying, "Come home my son….I need you here with Me." James has two older sisters, Regan and Nealy who love him more than words can ever express. He was truly a "special brother….." to his brothers-in-law, Jeff and Mark. James became the "little brother" they never would have had. James loved his girlfriend Ashley who was very special to him and even now, will hold in his heart forever. James is survived by his parents Jim and Mary Kwiatkowski, his sister Regan and brother-in-law Mark Jacobson and his "best friend"/sister Nealy and brother-in-law Jeff Casper. The "Aunties", Auntie Bob and Auntie San, Cousin "D", Shooter and the "Boy", his very much loved Cousin Eric. And Meggie…one of the 3 amigos (Nealy, Meghan, and James). Further survived by his Uncle Denis and Auntie Sandi Kwiatkowski, Auntie Maxine Promersberger, Auntie Nancy Doughty, Uncle Carl and Auntie Bobbie Busateri, Uncle Jack and Auntie Sandy Kucera, Uncle Jim and Auntie Joyce Fucile, and Uncle Ronnie and Auntie Shary Fucile.

When James arrived home in Heaven, he was met with HUGE hugs and kisses by his Grandpa Dover and Grandma Kaye Fucile and his Grandpa Max and Grandma Sophie Kwiatkowski. If you listen carefully, you can hear their laughter…

James is also survived by all of his very special cousins, relatives and many friends.

James attended St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Grade School and Waterford Union High School. He loved working on cars, a gift he inherited from his Dad and his Uncle Denis.

James was currently serving his country in the US Navy as a machine repairman aboard the USS Ronald Reagan, San Diego California. If you were to ask James what were the three things he loved the most, his answer would be without any doubt….God, his family and his friends.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, August 29, at 10 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 305 First Street, Waterford (please meet at Church). Entombment Forest Hill Memorial Park. Visitation at the Funeral Home Sunday, from 4-8 PM.

James when you left us you took a piece of each one of our hearts with you. We will never be the same again….but also know that you live on in our hearts in all the funny, crazy, wonderful memories you left us. "Angel", our family circle will not be broken, we will see you again one day. We love you buddy! Mishka misses you.
