To the Laik family,
I offer condolences on Jim's passing. We were grateful that he was able to join us for our first grade school class reunion 4 years ago. His Blessed Sacrament Classmates will miss him and keep him in our prayers.

Misses Laik, I don't know if you remember me, I gave you and Jim a round redwood picnic table back in the late sixties. At the time I was Jim's apprentice working for Viking Sprinkler Company. Jim was also my school teacher at MATC. I always respected Jim because he was fair and treated me with respect. I looked forward to going to work when he was my boss. He truly was a nice person.
