Jimmy was a constant figure in my life Whether it was an important event, a holiday, a party or a special weekend event...Jimmy was always there. He never failed to greet me with a big hug, a big kiss and a big smile. One thing you realize as you get older is you always remember the ones who consistently greeted you the same way...no matter what you may have done to make your parents mad...or if your just having a crappy day. To have that person who greets you the same every time and is always there..those are the people you remember. Thank you Jimmy and Rosie for being a couple that no matter what I could count on seeing and being greeted the same way every time. Having you two always there made all the difference :). Rosie...I still hope to keep seeing you..I will give you a jimmy greeting every time just to keep it going :).

Jim, an Army veteran stationed at Clark Air Base in the P.I. during the late 60's, attended ten of his US Army Security Agency Philippines reunions. Whether it was helping with a fundraiser, sharing his great sense of humor, or helping his fellow man, Jim was faithful to the cause. Once, in 2006, he learned of a veteran, far way in need of a wheelchair. Jim took leadership in creating a relay team of fellow vets to successfully accomplish this task from state to state. Only Jim could have done this. On behalf of his reunion group, we send condolences to his loving wife, Rose, who we knew very well. May Jim rest in peace and be remembered always as a thoughtful husband and friend to all who knew him.

I've enjoyed Jim's friendship for about 30 years. When I got on the day crew at the Post Office, I was quite a bit younger than everyone. I quickly bonded with Jim and Rose both in and outside of work. They got me to go on the trips to the Fireside in Shawano annually for many years and brought a lot of wonderful people together at the parties they hosted over the years. I'll miss him while taking comfort in great thoughts and memories of him. My condolences to Rose and all of Jim's family and friends.
