Miss Connolly was also my fifth grade teacher at JE Jones and I will be eternally grateful to have had her in my life. She fostered my love of reading by giving me two Rudyard Kipling books & a wonderful book about cats, which I still cherish. I shared them with my stepson and along with many stories about her with him. She also nurtured my love for animals by choosing me to care for the "class frogs" (Fred and Ethel) over Easter vacation...she was so understanding when she dropped us all off at my home & my mom had not been told about the visitors! I will always remember many conversations with her about our pets. And she always made me feel like her equal.
Miss Connolly was what a teacher should be: kind, loving, patient and able to tell when a pack of ten year old's needed a game of kick ball rather than sit in an un-airconditioned classroom! Thank you Connolly family, for sharing such a wonderful person with so many of us!!

Miss Connolly was a teacher that had a great impact of the lives of my children, when she taught at J.E. Jones. She had a way of looking at each child and recognize their strengths and weaknesses. She always brought them to their full potential. To say she was unique is an understatement.

She loved my baked spaghetti, and she came over for dinner to have it. As a gift to us she brought a seedling of an oak tree from Indiana which I planted in our yard.

She will always be remembered and she certainly has left her special mark in this world. God bless and keep her always.

When I first began my teaching career I was lucky enough to work with Jennifer Connolly. We taught together at J. E. Jones Elementary School in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Jennifer was a wonderful teacher with a great sense of humor and a caring heart. She had a marvelous gift for story telling which always left you laughing. May God bless you, Jen. You will be missed.

Miss Connolly was my 5th grade teacher at J E Jones grade school in Cudahy, Wisconsin. I believe it was one of her very first years of teaching (in the 1970's). I have very fond memories from her class, as at the time, it was a newer concept to have a split class (between 5th and 6th graders). I remember being thrilled when she picked me to clean the chalkboards at the end of the day, or when she gave me that extra attention when I needed help with a subject. I still have the British Coin she gave me when she returned from a vacation in the Bahamas! I have thought often of the beautiful and young teacher who was so full of hope for each of her students, always having an encouraging and kind word or a joke to share. Strange enough, whenever I smell a Halls Cough Drop I think of her (it seemed to be her choice candy during class). To this day when asked the question "who was your favorite and most admired teacher throughout your school years" my response has been, and will always continue to be, "Miss Jennifer Connolly". I am saddened to hear of her passing! God Bless you, and Thank You, Miss Connolly, for guiding and teaching us. You have been a true inspiration!!!!

Jen was a very compassionate teacher - and one who brought 'life' to her science class. I was privileged to have been a para-professional who sat in on some of her classes - and saw how she brought her love of science to the students. Oh - and how the kids did love Hercules and Andy, two pet snakes! Jen was so very thoughtful - and had a way of bringing a ray of sunshine into the room with her. The world will miss you Jen!

Miss Connolly was my science teacher at Cudahy Middle School. She was one of the nicest teachers I had and very creative; the only teacher I know who had her class dissect deer hearts. She will be missed by many.

Miss Connolly was my 5th and 6th grade teacher at J.E. Jones in Cudahy. By far, she was my favorite teacher and I will remember her warmly. I remember feeling so very lucky that I was able to have her as a teacher two years in a row. She will be sorely missed.

Miss Connolly was also my teacher at J.E.Jones 37 yrs ago and is by far the best teacher I have ever had. She had an awesome sense of humor, patience of a saint and a warm kind heart.

When I lived in town I would stop in from time-to-time to see her and she always remembered who I was. I remember taking my oldest with me (he was 6 at the time) and remembering her giggle and making him promise that he keep me on my toes like I did her. I just loved that woman!!!

Miss Connolly, you are a true legend!

Miss Connolly was my sixth grade teacher at J.E.Jones in Cudahy back in the early 80's. We had been out of touch for years but I always remember that she took the time to understand me and did keep in touch with me for a while after my family moved to Virginia. Her friendship meant a great deal to me and I am sad that she is gone. Goodbye Miss Connolly, I wish it hadn't ended the way it did.

Jennifer Connolly was a faithful friend with a generous heart and vivacious spirit. She was one of the most giving and loving people I have ever known. She was always upbeat and optimistic. Her great sense of humor was surpassed only by her boundless energy. She led a deep emotional, intellectual, and spiritual life. She was kind to people and creatures alike. I am so saddened by her untimely and unexpected departure from this world. I will miss her always.

Jennifer was truly one of the kindest AND funniest people I have ever known. Whether in person or on the phone, she always made you feel so special and told stories that would keep you laughing for days. Her critters always received even more attention than she gave to people!

She was one of those people who really was bigger than life. I never had a sister, but I think Jennifer was the closest to one that I could ever have. I so enjoyed being in her company in life, and will fondly remember her and her stories for a long, long time. Jenny, may you enjoy your rest in the Lord now and for eternity until we come to join you.
