After Glow -

I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one.

I'd like to leave an after glow of smiles when life is done.

I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of happy times and bright and sunny days.

I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun...of Happy Memories that I leave when life is done.

I love and miss you daddy.

Dearest Krissy, Jen and baby boy,
I forgot to say how honored and and blessed to be a 1/2 Goff and 1/2 Prib, for 35 yrs. It was a nice reunion, the military honor was beautiful and oh so many flowers.. Jimmy was like my older brother, argued all the time with me, we did have great conversations and he always called me Chris Kuhl. It took me at least 3 years after we were married, we would come over and he'd say "Hi Chris Kuhl" in his Jim Goff stance, cig and Pabst.. I would say it's Badano, and he would say "Hi Badano's" Love ya Jimmy, you're spirit and all of the memories will remain in our hearts until we meet again my friend, my brother. Thanks for letting me in your family. It's been an honor. Godspeed Jimmy!
Love,
Chris Kuhl aka Badano's

Jimmys now sitting on santa clause's lap,
His tummy jiggling as he gives it a tap,
He's looking down smiling at all us remembering him,
Our memories are forever with our man Jim...

Jim loved Jenny
Jim loved his wife Kris
Jim loved Joey
But only Kris he did kiss

Our man Jim
Tonite saw us, his family, opening our heart not only to him but each other
all together.... wives, nephews, sisters, kids, cousins and brothers

Not only to Jim, but to all of you out there
Merry Christmas to everyone and let our hearts share...

Kris-Jenny & Joe, My Heart hurts so much for you all and for us Brothers and Sisters . I know Mom and Dad greeted Jim with open arms and Dennis is probably giving him a hard time all ready. They probably are playing cards and of course Dennis has a bet going. Kris I want to Thank You for the wonderful care you gave Jim during this last year. You are a great Sister-In-Law and so proud that you are a part of our Family. God Bless and Take Care of you at this very sad time. Lots of Love, Nancy

I stole the show from him almost 49 years ago when I took his title of "the baby of the family." But, he never held a grudge, instead, he just taught me my childhood nickname of "Brat." He and his friend Marky Cleaver and I would sit up watching spooky tv movies on Saturday nights and there was this character who hosted the show named Igor who had no head. So, Jim would pull his shirt up over his head to scare me and make me laugh. I remember he drove a red chevy that looked like the coolest car that I ever saw. I remember when he started dating this girl named Kris who he worked with at a catering service. Who would have known that they would be married for 39 yrs and have two kids. I remember going to Mitchell Field for the first time in my life to watch him get on a plane to go to Korea and feeling homesick when the plane disappeared into the night. I remember that he was a big Beatles fan and taught me the words to "I wannna hold your hand." I could probably ramble on and on about my brother. I just really never gave any serious thought to him passing away even as he got more and more ill over the last year. We weren't as close in recent years; he got involved in living his life and I in mine. But he never had a bad word to say about anyone and always found the good in people. He could light up a room with his humor. He's with our Mom and Dad now at peace. I said this on Facebook, "I lost a brother and God gained an angel."

Aunt kris, Jenny and joey,

My thoughts are with you all.
Uncle Jim will be with us always.

I remember he gave me my 1st motorcycle in pieces and i put it together and got it running.

I'll always remember his smirky laugh and his tilted head so he could hear better.

I love you all.......
RIP Uncle Jim
Love Damian.........

God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face.

He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering, he knew you were in pain.
And knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw your path was difficult, he closed you tired eyes,
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.
When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,
We would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again.
You've left us precious memories, your love will be our guide,
You live on through your children, you're always by our side.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you on the day God called you home
