Dear Stoney,

I wish we had had an opportunity to get to know you better. But when you were growing up your mom and dad lived in other states, so it wasn't possible. But I am getting to know you better now, because I speak to your mom almost every day on the phone and she shares many wonderful stories and memories of you with me. She misses you so very much and visits you often. I know you have found great peace and happiness cradled in the arms of God and one day we will all be together and we will have that chance to get to know one another. With love. Marlyn

Perhaps
they are not
the stars,
but rather openings in
Heaven
where
the love of our lost ones
pours through
and shines down
upon us
to let us know they are
happy.
A look at the stars
the touch of a hand...
You are wished
whatever comforts you.
You are wished
what brings peace to your
heart.

Mom XOXOXOXOXOXOXO

To the living, I am gone.
To the sorrowful, I will never return.
To the angry, I was cheated.
But to the happy, I am at peace.
And to the faithful, I have never left.
I cannot speak, but I can listen.
I cannot be seen, but I can be heard.
So as you stand upon a shore...
gazing out upon the waters;
As you look upon a flower and admire its simplicity,
REMEMBER ME!

Remember me in your heart,
your thoughts and your memories of the times we loved, the times we cried,
the times we fought
and the times we laughed.
For if you always think of me,
I will have never gone.
REMEMBER ME!!!

Hi there Pumkin! Today marks your 1st Anniversary of finding Peace. I miss you so much...each and everyday. Somedays are better than others even though I know your safe and sound with God and the Blessed Mother.

This morning Kathy Temme and I went to mass for you, lite candles and said the Rosary, you know the one, the Irish rosary you last had with you that day. We then went for coffee, talked quite awhile and then she gave me a rock that a friend found on the beach at Klutch Park. She gave it to me to put by your grave and told me a story that it is in Jewish tradition to leave a rock everytime you visit a grave. Boy, I would have quite a pile for you. Remember K.C. rocks out in Denver??? That memory of you still cracks me up!

I also planted some Blackeyed Susansan's for you and I promise to replace the hostas that don't seem to weather the southern exposure very well.

I also spread some of Granpa B's ashes as it will be his 2nd Anniversary 2 days from today. May you enjoy each others company, the flowers and maybe working on some stainglass together.

It also seemed that God was watching over both of us today in that there was a military funeral going on directly across the road...guns,taps, honor guard and all! I know you enjoyed it.

But the most profound moment happed as I got in the car to leave...playing on the radio was a jazz version of " I'll be there! " Remember, that was one of the songs we use to dance and sing to in the kitchen. I felt the power of God telling me you were ok and not to worry. You were in a good place and in good hands. Mom's need to know that their children are happy and safe.

So save a spot for you old mom...Watch over your brother...help him find his way. Ask God to protect him and let him know happiness again.

I miss you so much. There isn't a day I don't think of you. Ask God to help heal my heart someday.

Love ya always, Mom XOXOXOXOXO

I didn't really know stoney much, I'm Josh's Lil cousin and I want you to know how much fun I had with stoney.....

I remember when Josh had some bunnies and they got loose outside...Josh said to Stoney if you can catch them, you can keep them. So I went out to help Stoney with catching them and you wont believe what happen next...

I almost wet my pants watching Stoney chase after these bunnies cause he had to go around the house a couple time before he even caught one! He stepped on charcoal from a grill while running and he felt the hot coals fly up onto his leg.(OUCH!) But he kept chasing the bunnies cause he was determined to take them home. He finally did catch one and Josh kept his word and let him take it.

The couple of time I met Stoney he seemed to be a really cool guy, he was best friends with Josh.

I just thought it would be nice to share a fun moment in memory of Stoney and I hope everyone else will do the same for his family.....

Hi Hon!
I hope you like all the plantings we did on Sunday. I hope Jack & Betty likes them as well. Connor came with, but still finds it really hard to come and see you as I do. I guess knowing you are at last free from pain and at peace makes it somewhat bareable. I'll be out soon to visit again.
P.S. Did you see the birdhouse?
Love always...Mom

I love you and I'll be out to see you on Sunday. Keep you old Mom and brother in your prayers.

I think and pray for you every day and every night I make a wish upon a star that God holds you close and showers you with his graces.

I'll come visit soon...Love ya always!!! Mom

Happy Birthday pumkin! Today marks your 21st B-Day. I know God is throwing the party this year so it should be a good one. Say a prayer for me because I'm really missing you and my heart is still breaking. I know you have found the peace you always wanted. Enjoy it...your work and struggles are over. When you blow out all 21 candles, make a wish for your brother and me so that we can be happy again in the knowledge that God and the Virgin Mary have embraced you. Watch over Connor and help him find his way. Say hi to your Grandparents and don't party to hardy. Say alittle prayer for me now and again. From your lips to God's ear!
I love you to the Moon and Back!!! Mom
