Kathy. I have really lovely memories of yourself and Jack from Milwaukee Iris Fest, since first meeting in Paddy’s Bar, I think through John Karr. I looked forward to meeting ye there each year at our stand in the Irish Destinations pavilion and having the ‘craic’. Jack had such a happy disposition and endeared himself to everyone.
My thoughts are with you at this time as you plan a celebration of his life with family and friends, in music and more.
I see a message on this page from our mutual friend, John Karr, which is special.
God Bless ye all, Carmel

Jack was such a good friend that it is still hard to think that a year has already passed since his leaving. Thinking of him and his family with all the warmth that I've ever had. R.I.P.

We feel exceptionally lucky to have gotten to know Jack over the years in the Scottish community in Milwaukee. His passing with his gentle manner and knowledge not only of Milwaukee but the history of the Scots in Milwaukee and Scottish history will leave a huge gap in the St. Andrew's Society of the city of Milwaukee. Kathy, John and Karina you are in our prayers during this time of extreme grief.

Dear Kathy, Korina, and John. I consider myself lucky that I have been able to know your family. Jack was blessed with numerous talents and traits. I appreciate knowing him and, in my small way, share your loss. My memories of Jack will stay with me always.
