Joyce Doviak Obituary

Doviak, Joyce S. Passed away Monday, November 10, 2014, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late John Doviak. Dearest sister of Robert (Sharon) Hoff. Further survived by 4 nieces and 1 nephew. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home Saturday at 11 AM with visitation from 9 AM until the time of service. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Virginia Highlands, Allay Hospice and Dr. Dirk Steinert for the compassionate care given Joyce. In lieu of flowers, memorials to ALS are suggested.

I have very fond memories of Joyce. She always had a smile for me. We were Godparents together for Michelle. She was always kindhearted. I remember her love of books and nature. She was a wonderful sister to her brother and a beloved aunt to Michelle and Adriane.
