Judith Kenyon Obituary

Kenyon, Judith Elaine (Nee Gammon) Born March 12, 1941, to Raymond and Regina Gammon, "Judy" spent her life cherishing her family, bringing them many smiles and laughter. Her greatest joy was caring for and comforting others. She enjoyed family visits with her sisters and brothers, and laughs with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Judy went home to our Lord on December 18, 2011, peacefully surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by her children, Connie Schrank, her loving, devoted caregiver for years; Karen (Sid) Kilger; Bud (Angie) Goodman; Rick (Leisa) Goodman and Dan Goodman; also survived by her daughter-in-law Carrie Goodman. Further survived by grandchildren, Shannon, Josh, Carrie, Jim, Nikita, Maggi, Scott, Justin, Chad, Adam, Sammi, Casey, Rick, Jake, Haley, Sarah and Dane. She was "G.G." to Eva, Emma, Izzy, Gabriel, Aiden, Alexus, Autumn, Soleil, Taylynn, Devlin and Harvey. She is survived by siblings and will be especially missed by her brother Dar Gammon. She was preceded in death by other family including her best friend and sister, Dolly Twardowski and grandson Cade. Services to be held Thurs., Dec. 22, at Waukesha First Assembly of God, 1314 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186; visitation from 6-7PM; service at 7PM, followed by a celebration.

These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.

To the entire Kenyon family,
My sympathies go out to you for the loss of Judy. She was so lucky to have been surrounded by so many caring people, especially Connie. It is never easy to loss a loved one especially during the holidays. But take comfort in that she is now in a better place. My prayers are with you during this difficult time

Mom, I love you and miss you so much. You are a wonderful Mom and have done such an awesome job of loving, teaching, and caring for your family, and other loved ones as well. I am so proud of you. What a blessing Heaven recieved when they welcomed you home. All of the beauty, joy, and wonder God promises in Heaven are now yours, you are so deserving of all of it. I will be with you again someday, but until then, I will look to the Heavens and know that you're there, listening when I speak, and continuing to guide and teach me me when I listen, which I will do Mom, I promise. I love you.

No words can describe the pain and loss we fill right now. We will miss her tremendously individually and as a family. But she showed us all how to love. She gave us a gift of family and love and motherhood that she was given from her Mom, Grandma Gammon. I have a sense of happiness each day when I think of Mom being with all the brothers and sisters again that she loves and missed so much, and Grandma. I know she will be with my Son Cade who is always with me in spirit. I bet she is with him right now. God Bless you Mom! You devoted your life to us and touched so many with your special gift of unconditional love. We will all see you again some day. But if I know you, you will be a Guardian Angel to all of us now and we will likely hear from you often. ;-) Rest In Peace. XOXO
