Fox, Margaret Mary "Meg" (Nee Doody ) Entered into the fullness of Eternal Life, on July 29, 2016 at the age of 54, following a devastating heart attack on July 27, 2016. Best friend and beloved wife of Raymond "Buddy" Fox, whom she was happily married to for over 30 years. Adored mother of Katie, Danny, Michael, Matthew and Billy Fox. Dear and loving sister to Michael Doody. Future mother-in-law to Erik, Siena, and Carmen. Further survived by countless friends, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins. Meg was preceded in death by her mother Catherine "Kitty", father Jack, and brother, John. She was born in Oak Park, IL and graduated from Oak Park River Forest High School. From a young age, she was extremely close with her mother and her brothers. She moved to Milwaukee where she worked hard to put herself through Marquette University. While she was in college, she met the love of her life, her husband, Buddy. Meg's calling in life was to be a mom and there was no one she loved more than her five wonderful children. She cherished all her years staying at home raising her kids; there was no one who loved being a mom more than Meg. She did ordinary things extraordinarily well; whether attending sports games, cooking dinner every night for her family, making homemade Halloween costumes, or spending time with all of her children's friends, she was the best mom her kids could have ever dreamed of. She forever felt grateful to have those irreplaceable years at home. As her kids grew older, she was blessed with many remarkable friendships; she and Buddy have an amazing group of friends and she also was an active member of all of her kids' friend's circles. When her children were grown, she became a realtor as homes had always been a passion for Meg. Her success in real estate exceeded expectations as clients found her trustworthy, sincere and fun. Meg will forever be remembered for her faith, kindness, selflessness, love for a good time, and ability to make others smile. All are welcome in the celebration of her life. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, August 5th from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM on Saturday, August 6th at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (12130 W. Center St, Wauwatosa, WI 53222). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Meg Fox Memorial Fund. Funds received will go towards the high school and college education for a dear friend's child, whom Meg was hoping to educate.

We are so devastated to learn about Meg's death and so sorry for her friends & family. She was a wonderfully kind person. Even though we only knew her for short period of time. She was such a great help finding our new home in Brookfield. She was truely passionate about what she did and she did it really well. She will be forever remembered.

Meg Doody was one of my best friends growing up in Oak Park, IL. I have fond memories of playing in her kitchen along with her fun spirited Mom! I adored Meg and her long locks of curls. Always cheerful, fun, inclusive of others, sensitive, kind.

Her Mom would sit on the kitchen floor and play with us! Not one Mom ever did that when I was growing up- only Mrs. Doody. How cool I felt.
Meg, her 2 brothers and parents were such joyful people to be around.
I happened to move to another city so I lost touch with Meg until one Marquette Block Party ( my husband went to Marquette) and we both immediately-25 years later knew who each other were and we hugged and laughed til we cried! We chatted and caught up on life, such a darling fun friend that I hold in my heart and will never ever forget. I will remember Meg Doody. :). Bless you sweet Meg!
You are a gem, a kind soul, beautiful both inside and out, positive, the list goes on.
The biggest words for me when I think about you is Compassion and Love. You define those words.

May God hold you in the palm of his hand and many blessings to your 5!!! Children and husband. I will miss you Meg!

Buddy, Kate, Danny, Michael, Matthew, and Billy, I am so very sorry for the loss of your best friend, mother and your angel. We shared so many happy moments in our lives as we grew up from High School. We shared events about our children and trips with our loved one. She was so very proud of her life, the future of her children and future weddings. We compared dresses we were going to wear at our children's up and coming weddings. Who bought the most and returned them until we found the one. She was in love with your spouses to be. I will never forget the love she gave to me, the friendship and memories I will cherish forever. She had a spirit that is hard to find in others. She loved her lip stick and never went anywhere with out it. That is only one of many memories of my dearest friend Meg I will remember. I miss her as do so many others who lives Meg touched. To Michael Doody my love to you and you family. Brothers need to be more like you.

My Dear Fox Family,

We were so saddened and shocked to hear the tragic news about Meg. We just paused and thought; we couldn't believe it! Such a bubbly and young sweetie pie. Her children closely mirrored our family, and they were great friends. We know, first hand, how Meg included her kids' circles of friends and treated them all special. Recently, Meg was instrumental in obtaining a lake property for Ben and, his dad, Paul. They love their new home and will be forever grateful to her for her tremendous efforts in us realizing our dream, especially Ben! The Fox family has always been supportive of our family's endeavors. We will keep Meg and her entire family in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Katie, Danny, Michael, Matthew and Billy - About a week after my son Jacob was born I saw your mom in the stands at a Fox Company basketball game. She gave me a big hug and told me how happy she was for me - and she was SO happy for me. Her huge smile and sparkle in her eyes made it apparent just how happy she was! I sat down on the bench and your mom sat behind me. Your mom leaned into me just a little and said loud and clear "Tommy, you never knew you could love someone so much, did you?" Those might be the most beautiful words that I've ever heard someone say. My response to your mom was " you are so right." And my next thought was how incredibly blessed the 5 of you were to have Meg as your mother! She had just told me that she loved each of you more than she ever thought possible. How awesome is that!!!
My heart breaks for all of you during this incredibly difficult time. I pray you can find comfort in knowing she is at peace in heaven and still loving you more than anyone possibly could.

Love you all.
