DeGrand, Michael C. October 8, 2013, age 53 of Eagle. Beloved son of Laurel "Renee" (nee Winsor) DeGrand and the late Donald DeGrand. Dear brother of DJ (Lou Ann) DeGrand of Gladstone, MI, Martin (Debra) DeGrand of Muskego, WI, Ann Marie Mueller of Belleville, IL, Laurel (Julia) DeGrand of Milwaukee, WI, Estelle (Mike) Chmela of Redgranite, WI, and Jeanne (Bob) White of Manistique, MI. He was preceded in death by his devoted partner Mark Knicklebine. Further survived by his half brother Dan (Becky) McCauley of Muskegon, MI, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation Sat., Oct. 12, 10AM 12 noon with funeral services at 12 noon at the Funeral Home. Michael was a graduate of Whitnall High Class of 1978, he was employed by Burmeister Woodworking as a master cabinet maker for 28 years. He enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing and hunting-animals and spending time with his family. Michael LOVED football and the Green Bay Packers. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated. I will always remember the times I spent with Michael and my brother Mark with fond memories and was always struck with the devotion and caring they shared for each other. I also had time to get to know Michael when we would get together for lunch after Marks passing. He was a truly kind man and I will think of him often.
