Michael Lerch Obituary

Lerch, Michael Jay Went fishing with the Lord on Nov. 12, 2012. Age 64 years. Loving husband of Patricia (nee Ruf) for 17 years. Michael will be missed by his children, grandchildren and pets. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. Private family services were held. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association are appreciated.
