To the Jackson Family, I am truly sad to learn of Monique's passing. She was too young for us to lose her. I will truly miss her smile and how she always took care of me at the bank and always keep me updated on how my classmate and friend Eric was doing. She was a strong, direct, woman and I loved her for it. She will be sorely missed. When are/were the services?

To the Story/Jackson Family:
Our God makes no mistakes. It was not an error that he reached out and lead her home. Her assignment was complete here, and it was time for her to enter into the kingdom. We will all miss that firey spirit, that big smile, and that willing heart but rest assured that each of us will always hold apart of her spirit near to our hearts. Trust God, He will see you through. Our prayers are with you all.

I did not personally know Ms. Mona but am familiar with her and her works. She was an inspiration to me as a woman and a mother. My kids attend school with her boys and I would see her every morning not only drop her children off to school but personally and lovingly walk each one to their classroom and give them words of love and encouragement each day. I pray that our Lord wraps his arms around her children and protects them and help them to remember the love and wisdom that their mother instilled into them as they journey through the rest of their lives. May God give them everlasting peace as their angel mother watches them from above. What a phenomenal woman she was. It will live forever through her children.

We will miss you Ms. Jackson and we thank God you remained in our lives. Being a student at Congress from K-3 and now in 8th grade and 4th grade, we are so blessed to have had you remain in our lives even after we left Congress in 2006. We grew up with your kids and you and our mom always stayed in touch. We love you and we will always have you in our hearts.

To Mona's Family,
Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. As you know Mona was like a sister to me. I have known Mona since elementary school. We also went to middle school and high school together. She was my best friend. I will truly miss her -- her smile, her laugh, her fun spirit and of course, her cooking! Mona was a great person, friend, mother, sister, daughter and touched many lives. As I remember the times we have spent together, I smile. I will never forget her. I loved Mona and can't believe she is gone. What gives me real peace is knowing that she is now with our Lord.

The Jackson Family,
Mona will be truly missed, but she will live in each of us. Her beautiful smile and kind spirit will never be forgotten. She positively touched the lives of many. The kids, families and staff at Congress School will miss her smile and daily words of encouragement. May you find peace during your time of sorrow and knowing that Mona was admired and loved by many.
